These terms apply to your use of zoomiepet.co and to any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by BrandLabs SRL, trading as Zoomie ("Zoomie", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and surprise products such as our advent calendars may contain toys that vary from the photos. Our Tracker Collar holds an Apple AirTag, which is not included and is sold separately by Apple. Zoomie is not affiliated with Apple. AirTag is a trademark of Apple Inc.

2. Pet safety

Always supervise your pet when they use any Zoomie product, choose items suitable for your pet's size and habits, and remove any product that becomes damaged. Toys are for pets only and are not suitable for children.

3. Prices and currencies

Prices are set in US dollars. If you browse in another currency, prices are converted for your convenience and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you'll pay. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price for that order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has been made, or we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Discounts and the welcome scratch card

Discount codes, including codes revealed by our welcome scratch card, can be used once per customer, can't be combined with other discounts unless stated, have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. The scratch card reveals a discount between 5% and 30% at random, with the chances shown on the card. One scratch card per person. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly, resold or obtained by misuse, and we may change or end promotions at any time without affecting orders already placed.

8. Content you share

If you tag us or use our hashtags such as #ZoomiePets, we may ask for your permission before featuring your photos or videos. We will never present your content as a review unless you wrote it as one.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Zoomie name, logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where BrandLabs SRL is registered (Romania). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
