Orders and shipping

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days to the US, and 8 to 16 business days to Australia, the UK and Europe. You'll get tracking by email. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my advent calendar arrive before December?

We recommend ordering as early as possible. Calendars ordered in early November have the best chance of arriving before December 1.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, it's a flat $7.50. If you shop in another currency, you'll see the local equivalent at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency where available, including euros, British pounds and Australian dollars. You can switch currency using the country selector on the site.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Advent calendars can be returned unopened. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Sorry about that. Email hello@zoomiepet.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Which collar size should I choose?

Measure around your dog's neck and leave room for two fingers. S fits 24 to 32 cm, M fits 32 to 45 cm and L fits 42 to 60 cm. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. See our Size Guide.

Is an AirTag included with the Tracker Collar?

No. The collar is made to hold an Apple AirTag, which is sold separately by Apple. Zoomie is not affiliated with Apple.

Do the advent calendars contain treats?

No, they're toys only, which makes them a good choice for pets with sensitive stomachs or special diets.

Are the cat calendar toys exactly as pictured?

The cat calendar is a surprise box, so the toys can vary from the photos. You'll always find a playful mix behind the 24 doors.

How do I clean the Wobble Lick Bowl?

Rinse it out or pop it in the dishwasher.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Always supervise your pet during play, choose products that suit their size, and remove anything that becomes damaged.

Discounts

How does the welcome scratch card work?

Join our email list and you'll get a scratch card that reveals a discount between 5% and 30% off your order. Your code can be used once and the chances of each discount are shown on the card.

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order, and the Walk Set saving can't be combined with other codes.
