Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: usually 7 to 14 business days
- Australia, United Kingdom and Europe: usually 8 to 16 business days
- Other countries: times vary and are shown at checkout where available
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as the weeks before Christmas, and customs checks, can add a few days.
Ordering for Christmas
If you're buying an advent calendar for a December countdown, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Calendars ordered in early November have the best chance of arriving before December 1.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat standard shipping rate of $7.50. If you shop in another currency, the equivalent amount is shown at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. Where these can be collected at checkout, you'll see them before you pay. Otherwise, any duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking and multiple parcels
Some orders arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number, which we'll email to you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email hello@zoomiepet.co with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
